Medical Management Services
Escort and attend medical appointment as needed. Facilitate communication between family and health care provider and support services within the home.
Evaluate entitlements such as health insurance, long-term care insurance, Medicare / Medicaid, and Veteran benefits.
Home Care Services
Linkage to home care services, companion care, housekeeping, meals and transportation.
Assess financial resources in relation to short and long-term planning needs.
Assist with Health Care Proxy, Power of Attorney. Linkage to consultation with elder law attorney.
Referrals to community services such as: day programs, senior centers and companion services.
My in-home comprehensive assessment will identify daily living needs including home care or alternative living arrangements.

Wendy has devoted her career to assisting people improve their health and well-being. Her 20 plus years of experience as a Dental Hygienist instructing patients in the importance of good oral hygiene and the direct impact it has on a person’s speech, health and self confidence led her to continue her education in the field of Social Work. She completed her Bachelors of social work at Nazareth College and her Masters in social work and Gerontological Certification from the Great Rochester Collaborative. Wendy’s experience in hospital and medical social work gives her first hand knowledge and resources when working with families and clients to find the best services for their needs. Wendy and her husband Tom live in Pittsford and have three children.
Stacey has worked with the aging population for over 30 years. She earned her Master’s in Social Work and Certification in Gerontology from Syracuse University. She is a Certified Care Manager and prior to opening Quality Senior Solutions, Stacey spent 20+ years working in homecare as a social worker, where she advanced to senior leadership positions managing many facets of the business. For the past 5 years, Stacey worked at a geriatric medical clinic affiliated with the University of Rochester, where she provided care management services to seniors and their families with a wide variety of needs.
Stacey’s recent training and experience has focused on care management of older adults, specializing in dementia, health insurance, advocacy, legality concerns, placement in various settings and counseling. Stacey’s goal is to promote independence to older adults through health maintenance, connections to services and education/proper planning; ensuring family is involved every step of the way!
